Terms of Service

These terms cover how SnappyClaw.ai works, what you can do with it, and what we expect from each other. We've tried to make this as clear and jargon-free as possible.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SnappyClaw.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
These terms form a legal agreement between you and GetLatest AI ("SnappyClaw," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our service, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
2. The Service
SnappyClaw.ai provides you with a managed AI agent platform, including a dedicated hosted infrastructure instance, tool integrations, and access to an exclusive private Discord community. Your agent is accessible via Telegram and potentially other messaging platforms.
The service is built on OpenClaw (open source). SnappyClaw operates on a BYOLLM (Bring Your Own LLM) model - you provide your own AI model API key from any supported provider (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or others). We do not provide or manage the LLM itself.
Because you bring your own LLM, your AI conversations are processed directly by your chosen provider under their terms of service and privacy policy. SnappyClaw provides the infrastructure, integrations, and community - you control the AI.
3. Beta Program & Early Access
SnappyClaw is currently in beta. All users during this period are considered beta testers and founding members. By using the service during the beta period, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Pre-release software. The service is under active development. Features, pricing, capabilities, and interfaces may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice.
- Feedback and ideas. Any feedback, feature requests, bug reports, suggestions, or ideas you provide about SnappyClaw ("Feedback") become the property of GetLatest AI. You assign to us all right, title, and interest in any Feedback, including any intellectual property rights. We may use Feedback for any purpose - including to develop, improve, market, or patent features or technology - without obligation or compensation to you.
- Confidentiality. During the beta period, you may have access to pre-release features, technical details, roadmap information, or other non-public information about SnappyClaw ("Confidential Information"). You agree not to disclose Confidential Information to third parties without our prior written consent. This does not restrict you from sharing your own experience using the service or discussing publicly available features.
- No guarantees. Beta features are provided as-is. We make no promises about the availability, reliability, or performance of any feature during the beta period.
The beta period will end when we announce general availability. At that time, updated Terms of Service will be published and you will be notified per Section 18 (Changes to These Terms) below. Your continued use after general availability constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Safety commitments are not beta. Our safety controls (guardrails, content filtering, crisis detection, PII redaction) are production-grade and fully active during the beta period. Beta status applies to features and capabilities, not to our security or safety commitments.
4. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your login with others. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at legal@getlatest.ai.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person - don't create multiple accounts to work around limits or restrictions.
5. Acceptable Use
Snappy is here to help. Please use it that way. You agree not to:
- Use the service for anything illegal or harmful
- Try to manipulate, jailbreak, or abuse Snappy to bypass its guidelines
- Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm other people
- Attempt to scrape, attack, or probe our infrastructure for vulnerabilities without authorization
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the proprietary methods, workflows, configurations, or architecture of the SnappyClaw service layer - including but not limited to: onboarding and provisioning systems, portal functionality, guardrails and safety controls, content filtering and PII redaction, crisis detection, compliance and governance systems, audit and telemetry infrastructure, risk gate logic, automation workflows and tier gating, integration proxy architecture, agent configuration and personality mapping, fleet management and orchestration, and community access systems
- Resell, sublicense, white-label, or commercialize access to Snappy or any part of the SnappyClaw service without our written permission. This includes but is not limited to: providing AI services to third parties using your Snappy account; embedding, redistributing, or repackaging Snappy's outputs in any product, service, or offering sold or provided to others; building automations or integrations that programmatically deliver Snappy's responses to your customers, clients, or end users; sharing account credentials or access with anyone outside your authorized account
- Use the service in ways that violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights
- Generate spam, misinformation, or content designed to deceive
- Use the service to develop competing products or services, including training AI models
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or harvest training data from Snappy's responses
You may not access the service from U.S. embargoed countries or if you are on any U.S. government restricted party list.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules. Serious violations may result in permanent termination.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
SnappyClaw offers the following subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you'll keep access to Snappy until then. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but if something went wrong and you feel you deserve one, reach out - we'll work something out.
Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with SnappyClaw, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. After the 7-day window, the standard cancellation policy applies - no refunds for partial months, but you keep access through the end of your billing period. To request a refund, email legal@getlatest.ai.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you disagree with a price change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
Referral Program. SnappyClaw may offer a referral program that allows you to earn subscription credits by referring new customers. The following terms apply to all referral codes and credits:
- Referral credits are applied as account credits toward future subscription payments. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
- Credits are earned only when a referred customer subscribes to a paid plan, completes payment, and maintains an active paid subscription for at least 30 consecutive days. Signups, free trials, and cancelled subscriptions do not qualify.
- Referral codes are for personal sharing only. You may not post them on coupon sites, buy ads for them, or distribute them via spam or bulk messaging.
- Self-referrals (referring your own alternate accounts) are not permitted and may result in forfeiture of all earned credits and account suspension.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time. Earned credits that have already been applied to your account will be honored.
- Earned credits are automatically applied to your next subscription payment. There is no cap on the number of credits you can earn.
AI Credits. Each subscription tier includes a monthly allocation of AI credits for use with your agent's default AI provider. The following terms apply to all AI credits:
- Credits reset on your billing date each month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle and expire automatically.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, refunded, sold, or exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
- Additional credits may be purchased during your billing cycle. Purchased credits also expire at the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- If you switch to a Bring Your Own LLM (BYOLLM) key, your included credits are not used and do not accumulate. Switching back to the default provider resumes credit usage from the current cycle's remaining allocation.
- Credit allocations may vary by subscription tier. We may adjust credit amounts with 30 days' notice, consistent with the pricing change policy above.
- We reserve the right to modify the AI credit program at any time. Changes to credit amounts or terms will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
7. AI-Generated Content & Actions
Snappy generates responses and can take actions on your behalf (like sending emails, scheduling events, or managing tasks) based on your instructions. We call your messages to Snappy "Inputs" and Snappy's responses "Outputs." Actions Snappy takes on your behalf are "Actions."
You own your content. Your Inputs remain yours. We claim no ownership over Outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process your Inputs solely to provide the service.
AI can make mistakes. Outputs may not always be accurate and may contain errors even when they appear detailed or confident. Actions may not execute as intended. You should not rely on Outputs or Actions for critical decisions - medical, legal, financial, or otherwise - without independent verification. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content generated by your agent before acting on it.
You are responsible for Actions. When you instruct Snappy to take actions on your behalf through connected integrations, you are responsible for those actions and their consequences. Snappy will only act within the permissions you've granted, but you should review important actions before confirming them.
Agent autonomy and confirmation. Your agent is designed to work autonomously on internal tasks - research, drafting, organizing files, searching the web, and managing your workspace. For external actions that affect other people or systems - such as sending emails, posting to social media, or modifying data in connected services - your agent is instructed to confirm with you first. These confirmation behaviors are enforced through platform guardrails, not just prompts, and cannot be overridden by conversation.
Platform safety controls. SnappyClaw operates a multi-layered safety system that runs independently of the AI model. This includes: automatic redaction of personally identifiable information (Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, passport numbers) in outbound messages; automatic disclaimers appended to responses that touch on legal, medical, or financial topics; rate limiting to prevent abuse; prompt injection detection; and tamper-proof configuration enforcement. These controls operate in code and cannot be disabled by the agent or by user instructions. For full details, see our Security & Best Practices page.
Professional disclaimers. When your agent's response contains language related to legal, medical, or financial advice, a disclaimer is automatically appended stating that the content is AI-generated and not a substitute for professional advice. This is a platform-level control - it applies regardless of how the conversation is framed.
8. Crisis and Emergency Situations
Snappy is not an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. For mental health crises, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988 in the US) or the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741).
If your agent detects language that may indicate self-harm or harm to others, it will automatically include crisis resources in its response and notify the SnappyClaw team. This is a safety measure, not surveillance - we do not read your conversations, but our automated systems will flag potential crisis situations so we can check on your well-being.
SnappyClaw is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, counseling, or any emergency service. You should not rely on your agent for crisis support.
9. Feedback
We welcome your feedback, suggestions, and ideas for improvement. If you provide feedback about SnappyClaw, you agree that we may use it freely to improve our services without any obligation or compensation to you. Feedback does not create any confidentiality obligation on our part.
10. Intellectual Property
Your content is yours. The conversations you have with Snappy, the tasks you ask it to do, and any content you create through Snappy belong to you. We don't claim ownership over your conversations or outputs.
Our platform is ours. SnappyClaw.ai, the Snappy branding, our website, and all proprietary technology we've built belong to GetLatest AI. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the service for your own personal or internal business purposes only. You may not copy, redistribute, sublicense, or make the service available to any third party.
By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service to you.
11. Third-Party Integrations & LLM Providers
Snappy can connect to third-party services (Google Calendar, Gmail, and others). When you authorize an integration, you're granting Snappy permission to act on your behalf within that service.
You authorize these integrations at your own discretion. We're not responsible for how third-party services behave, their terms of service, or any data they collect. Review each service's privacy policy before connecting it.
You can disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings.
Your LLM provider is a third party. Because SnappyClaw uses a BYOLLM model, your AI conversations are processed by your chosen provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) using your own API key. Your provider's terms of service and privacy policy govern how they handle your data - including whether they use it for training. SnappyClaw has no control over and accepts no liability for how third-party LLM providers process your data. We recommend reviewing your provider's privacy policy and data retention practices.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of connected services and LLM providers complies with their respective terms of service.
12. Service Availability
We work hard to keep Snappy up and running, but we can't promise 100% uptime. There may be occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues.
We provide the service on a best-effort basis. There is no guaranteed Service Level Agreement (SLA). If the service is unavailable for extended periods, contact us and we'll make it right.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETLATEST AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUTS OR ACTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETLATEST AI AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SNAPPYCLAW - INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION - WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetLatest AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any content you submit through the service. We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
16. Copyright & DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content generated through SnappyClaw infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to legal@getlatest.ai with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
17. Termination
You can cancel and delete your account at any time. We'll stop billing you at the end of your current billing period.
Data retention after cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days so you can reactivate if you change your mind. After 30 days, all your data - including conversations, connected integrations, and account information - is permanently deleted from our systems. You may also request immediate deletion at any time by emailing privacy@getlatest.ai.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine that continued service creates legal or operational risk. We'll try to give you notice before terminating, unless the situation requires immediate action. If we terminate your account for a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
If you disagree with updated terms, you can cancel your account before they take effect.
19. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Arbitration agreement: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of SnappyClaw will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and GetLatest AI each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
Exceptions: Small claims court actions and requests for injunctive relief are exempt from this arbitration requirement.
The arbitration will take place in Utah. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
20. Force Majeure
GetLatest AI will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or third-party service outages.
21. General Provisions
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and GetLatest AI regarding SnappyClaw.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
Notices. We may provide notices to you via email, in-app notification, or by posting on our website. You may provide notices to us at legal@getlatest.ai.
